has opened a new UK office
to further expand its presence in one of its core markets, the company said in a statement from September 17th.
The new office is located at King’s Cross in London
and its opening followed the recent establishment of NetEnt’s UK subsidiary NetEnt UK Ltd
NetEnt said that setting up its UK subsidiary and its move into a new office was a strategically important step for the online casino supplier. The new office is located in the Stanley Building
at King’s Cross.
The company pointed out that the UK is a prioritized growth market and physical presence in that market will better support UK-facing operators, while helping NetEnt implement its growth strategy.
The new office was inaugurated by NetEnt UK Managing Director
and Chief Strategy Officer Andy Whitworth
and Director of Platform Products & Services Rob Fell
. The company’s UK-based team has grown significantly since the opening of the office, adding top talents from across the industry. NetEnt’s UK team is poised to grow even further within the next few months, it also became known.
Commenting on the latest milestone celebrated by the Swedish iGaming company, NetEnt UK Managing Director Andy Whitworth said that they are delighted to be open for business in the UK and that they “need a local presence to better support our valued customers and grow our market share.”

NetEnt established its UK subsidiary in the second quarter of the year. Ms. Hillman pointed out that their increased presence in the nation was one of their key strategic initiatives this year.
The US online gambling space is another important market NetEnt has been looking to expand across. Earlier this year, the company obtained a permanent license by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement
. NetEnt entered New Jersey’s regulated market in the fall of 2015 when it was granted a transactional waiver to provide its products while its application for a full license was under review.
